I’m looking for a founding designer role at an early-stage enterprise startup.

With over ten years of experience shaping enterprise UX from concept to scale. Proven track record owning the end-to-end product design process, partnering with product teams and engineering teams to drive business outcomes, contributing to design systems and mentoring designers.

Recently I’ve been doing fractional consulting for early stage startups.

• I partnered with Head of Product at a Seed stage company. I worked on on strategic design initiatives including enterprise scaling workshops, interactive prototypes for major client feedback sessions that directly supported enterprise sales conversations and product validation, and early product concepts that assisted with decision-making. • With an AI-native stealth startup, I worked directly with CEO/co-founder. I designed founding product concepts (3 core workflows + hero visuals) that was used to secure the first set of design partners and validate product-market fit. Forecast Submission

After a bumpy start, I led the team to frame the challenge. I designed the first version as well as a two-year blueprint.

Design loading animations for data visualizations

Designed the skeleton screens and loading animations for our entire product that improved the perceived performance and product sophistication.

The Design QA Process

Worked with cross-functional teams to establish the design QA process. Production releases have been without unknown design issues ever since.
